Bloom Residences Express Travel Solution, Brevan Asset Management San Jose Baja California
Expectation management is key… it´s unrealistic to think you can get a substantial ROI within 2 years, but property is always a smart investment and vacation rentals are the future.
If you think you can get rich quick renting online then you are mistaken and Bloom Residences is not for you, but in the long-term I am living proof that you can and will make your money back over the years. As a member of Express Travel Solution I use the travel system twice a year and it works the prices are either equal to or more often than not much lover that Trip Advisor.
Nothing but good things to say about the Bloom Residences units from viewing to buying I had a very transparent and fair experience, I didn´t feel deceived or lied to at any moment along the way. I thoroughly and wholeheartedly disagree with anyone claiming that either Bloom Residences or the Express Travel Solution travel club is a scam, I both bought a unit at Bloom Residences and a membership with the Express Travel Solution travel club.
As I mentioned earlier I believe both of these products were fairly represented throughout the sales period and I find both the unit which I rent through Air BnB and the travel club both equally valuable and consider both worthy investments in the long-term.
Like I said before, I have nothing but good things to say about these companies and if you have the money to invest, and do not expect an immediate ROI you´ll reap the rewards in the long run.
