I ordered $75 worth of flowers on the 25th of June of 2009. Delivery was to be later that day. Next day at 2 pm no flowers had been delivered so I called their customer service line - and of course there was no answer. I called the regular ordering number and someone answered right away, but they told me that there was no other phone number to call to complain, nor was there a supervisor or manager availabe.
Best she could do was advise me to contact their 'live chat' web based service. All I wanted was to find out who the local agent was who delivered flowers so I could go in person and pick them up. They refused to give me a name or a telephone number, and only said the flowers were coming from their warehouse in 'BC' This obviously didn't make any sense, as we live on a friggin' Island and there is no way they can deliver flowers with 3 hours notice. The ferry ride alone is over 2 1/2 hours!
So - I was left with no phone number, no agent, and no idea when the flowers were going to be delivered, and a somewhat rude 'chat live' person ( yeah, she ended the 'chat' screen halfway through my complaint. Today I tried the same process only to find that their records show 'no delivery' has been made. Heck, I could have told the lady that ! I didn't get any better information from this current lady except that she would email 'Angela' with the problem and details and that 'Angela' would phone me back - supposedly sometime today. I sure hope it's today because they don't open their 'store' again until monday.
Next step is to call the credit card company , then the BBB to see if they are even a member.
Bottom line. If you deal with this company - be warned well in advance that you are taking a BIG risk. I only wish I had checked up on it before I gave them the business.
