I placed a rush order of custom t-shirts from Blue Cotton on a Monday for an event I had on Saturday. The t-shirts arrived on Thursday but were un-wearable. The quality of shirts was bad - there were holes in the back of the necks on 50% of them. The fit of the shirts was bad. And the custom graphic was nothing like the proof image that had been sent to me.
I immediately tried reaching the customer service line but they had closed for business that day. So i had to go out and find a local t-shirt shop to make the shirts for Saturday's event. I shipped the t-shirts back to Blue Cotton on Saturday.
After calling and emailing several times to complain and ask about a return policy, they stopped taking my calls! I talked to several different customer services reps with none of them having any clue how to handle my problem.
I am out $350, plus the cost of the new shirts. This company has no quality control and don't know how to treat their customers.
