Blue Hippo Funding Ripoff, THEY LIE! Baltimore Maryland
I ordered my computer 26 April 2005. They said the order did not get completed until 5 May 2005 once I started calling about my computer at the end of May. I ordered a Gateway laptop computer.
I have called and complained several times- about once a week. I get told the same thing everytime: call next week and we will give you the tracking number then. In June I was told I would be recieving my computer 5 July 2005. The week of 5 July I called and told them I did not recieve it yet and they said 11 July.
Each week this kept on happening. Finally I faxed them a written complaint and faxed them BBB reports on their company ( there were 200 complaints in 2004!) I also faxed them complaints from ripoffreport.
I called again and they put me on hold forever and said that my computer was ordered and Gateway had a problem shipping out the computer. This is what they said today.... so I called Gateway..... Bluehippo who has been collecting money from me since April LIED.
Gateway found my order and told me that just last week they put in my order. Today is the 26th of July! What was customer service talking about in June??
My computer is not being shipped out until 8 August! The customer service lady at Gateway was awesome... so anyone who has a complaint call Gateway directly and FIND OUT YOURSELF WHERE YOUR COMPUTER IS. Then call Bluehippo and let them know that they are wrong.
Please- anyone looking at buying a computer DO NOT USE BLUEHIPPO FUNDING! Check out midsouth.bbb.org and read all about them!
