"Que" at Blue Light Auto Plex, Grandview, MO left more than four messages on my phone voice mail including much profanity and even slander of my Christian faith. He yelled and screamed in the messages, sending one after the other, after 11pm. Also sounded like he may have been drunk, slurring words and obscenities regarding my past due auto payments. "Que" also left more than four text messages containing slander of my Christian faith the same night, one after the other in the same hour. In the state of Missouri, more than three phone calls in 24 hours can be considered Phone Harassment. When I confronted "Que" over the phone later about the nasty/obscene/slanderous messages, he said: "it is my job to make you pay".
Also, there was not any notice sent to my current address on file at Blue Light Auto Plex regarding pending repossession. My vehicle was repossessed at my place of work, leaving me stranded more than 30 miles from my residence. I also lost one day of work due to the repossession. My employer is also considering other person for my job now that I have no transportation.
"Que" was also rude today and said "I don't have time for this", then hung up on me when I called to ask about getting my belongings out of the vehicle. He had plenty of time for me when I paid $3400 of the $3900 financed on the vehicle. Evidently, Mr William K. Schilb is not available for communication with customers, and possibly is obvious that he condones "Que's" practice of phone harassement in Missouri, including the fact that Que has violated Missouri state law in the course of harassing me via phone and text messaging.

This is absolute slander on my deceased father! He WAS suffering from brain and lung cancer and passed in December 2010! I was with my father everyday and HE NEVER did the things this person is claiming! He couldn't even eat or get out of his bed! He always, always treated his customers at all of his lots very fair. I want this SLANDER about my father REMOVED IMMEDIATELY! An ignorant employee caused that mess NOT my father! Almost all of his customers showed up to his visitation. He was a good, caring and fair honest man! If you want to tell your story TELL THE TRUTH! My father never condoned this behavior nor did he call, text or yell at you in any way! You're just mad because you couldn't pay your payment and now you want to slander my father who AGAIN I will REPEAT was DYING at this time so get your lies right!

"Q" is a common criminal. He carries a GUN in his pocket, he smokes dope at work, he is a wanna-be thug. I would recommend calling the cops and filing a report against him.
Kenny Shilb is the owner and lives in Kearney, check there for contact info.
This is a low-rent operation selling trashy cars. That's why I quit...

Maybe you haven't yet covered this part in learning about Christianity...
When you borrow or make a credit transaction, you PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME!
You can talk all you like about their collections efforts, the bottom line is there would be no collection efforts and no repo if you would have made the payments on time. I guess its also their fault because your employer may fire you because you don't have transportation!
Exactly what was/is your expectation? Did you think they would just go away when you FAILED to keep your promise to pay? Did you think you were going to continue to drive the car when you weren't making the payments AS YOU PROMISED?
If you don't make enough to make the payments YOU PROMISED to pay, then you get another job nights or weekends to meet the obligations YOU PROMISED to pay.
To those of you eavesdropping...
A Christian who actually lives the faith may still have financial problems. That Christian will "own up" to the cause and do whatever is needed to meet their obligations...to pay what they promised to pay...otherwise that is theft. Is it possible this individual can turn things around and have an exemplary financial life? Of course it is. The first step is to stop making excuses and blaming others. The second step is to increase the cash flow, even if it means working 80 hours per week. Not only is that what a mature person does...so does a Christian who needs to "witness" by example.
