Complaint Review: BLUE SHIELD AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA LIE AND REFUSE TO PAY HOUSING COSTS - MEDZED IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND REFUSED TO DO COMPLY WITH LAWS OF HOSUING - Sacramento CA

Mainstream media are liars about "unhoused people" and so are the politicians, when you hear of how the Gov or State is spending millions and billions of dollars on housing people, it's all lies, they are NOT spending any money at all. This country doesn't care about housing anyone, it's all corruption and lies. I exploited Frank Kim and Michelle because they are stealing birth certificates from anyone walking in the door or calling "OC HEALTH AGENCY" for help. This is all linked to unhoused people. It's a target for the powerless. Numerous 3rd party companies in Los Angeles are supposed to accommodate the intake and process of housing a family or single person.  Most people will never go through this because they don't know about it, have no services, or realize it's corrupt because the agency will lie and jerk you around for over a year or longer instead of being diligent.

Yet the State is funneling money back and forth from various organizations claiming they intend to house people.  Instead of building proper housing for people to afford, the GREEDY developers will fight against it because they want 3000 dollar rentals and the State allows this. So the STATE  allows horrible corrupt organizations such as Illumination Foundation to give nearly 6 million to build a shelter.  The State has more power and can house everyone for 6 million dollars but it's dysfunctional and no one does their job right, politicians don't care and the State prefers to give the money to crap corrupt organizations such as this.

All MEDI-CAL INSURANCES HAVE SOCIAL WORKERS AND A HOUSING DEPT. LA CARE, BLUE SHIELD, CAL OPTIMA, EVERY SINGLE ONE, AND YET THEIR GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND REFUSE TO PAY THE COSTS.

There are a few ways people can try and be housed 1) through the medical and 2) a program of some kind when being forced or placed in a shelter, which will provide a voucher, but most of the time they won't 3) or the county mental health, but workers don't want to house anyone. These corrupt  bit*** will lie and shove you in a shelter. None of these agencies want to help and their responsibility is to pay all costs of moving in if you are housed. Now let's say a person is housed that agency will pay all costs to move in and they are reimbursed by the State with additional monies paid back through the person's Medi-Cal insurance.  It always comes back to the Insurance. A disability of some kind needs to be assessed but you can claim depression. Who doesn't go through depression?  Your doctor will sign it off. The politicians created this mess with GREED and ABUSE ON THE HUMAN RACE!

My story, after college I had no job and no place to go I worked a ton of crap jobs in the end I took care of my husband who was very ill and died two years ago. I worked as a care provider but could not afford 1800 in rent by myself. I was cheated out of my unemployment by the State as I needed time to heal from Todd's death. I had no support or anywhere to go. So I demanded my Social Security which they too sabotaged my case so I wouldn't get any money I worked for.  Finally, after fighting with them, I received my money and I lived in my car for two years and told LA CARE TO assist me, they had a corrupt Brillant Corners and Shady St Joseph Center as both of these losers lied from day 1 (I recorded a timeline) they refused to pay my costs, and sabotaged the two nice units I found because they wanted me in the GHETTO. It was all a setup. This was during the time that corrupt lying thief MARY WANTANBE sued LA CARE and took the 55 million instead of giving it to the patients. She had no problem getting a lawyer.

So I changed all my insurance to BLUE SHIELD and they are just as CORRUPT AND ROTTEN AS LA CARE.  I had forgotten I had placed my name on a unit from 10 years ago, with G&K, but during this time BLUE SHIELD REFUSED TO HELP ME WITH HOUSING COSTS it's their responsibility and they had a corrupt 3rd party organization not doing their job to help. I AM SERIOUS THE GROSS INCOMPENTENCE IS OUTSTANDING!  So it came down to this corrupt MEDZED who refused to comply with the manager, she had called me for the unit but ANDY and his supervisor WOULD NOT MAIL THE MOVE IN MONEY OR bring it down, to the manager. She told them she had 5 days to turn over the unit or she would give it to another.  Again I am being BLACKBALLED with NO COOPERATION!  BLUE SHIELD AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA REFUSE TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THOSE MOVE-IN COSTS. 

The GRIEVANCE DEPT IS A joke; it's pathetic with lies and protecting the interest of the company making excuses with BS letters because they don't want to pay. I had to pay everything myself and it left me with no money for gas, food, or anyone to help. In addition, I hurt myself with injuries because I had to move all my stuff by myself which was heavy furniture.

I still can't catch up. MEDZED HAS LIED TO PROTECT THEIR A*** and refused to help me which is their responsibility and BLUE SHIELD. Blue Shield WAS HARRASSING ME from their corrupt liaison department telling me to go get medical services elsewhere!!! BLOWING UP MY CELL with automated calls from Health Options. I will continue to exploit their abuse and gross negligence for not following STATE protocol.  BLUE SHIELD REFUSED TO PAY FOR MY HOUSING COSTS LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO!!

I wish for an earthquake to wipe out their company as they have many lawsuits against them and MARY WANTANBE from DMHC is a fat lazy bi*** who would do nothing to help that is her job! The DMHC is another state-corrupt organization where people can file a complaint against HEALTH INSURANCE, but she doesn't care, no one does, it's why millions of people are on the street with no medical services and still struggling with gross medical negligence and housing.  People have no idea how bad the corruption of the politicians and corporations are. Every time you hear one of them suing someone they are pocketing all the CASH!!

SO STOP BELIEVING THE LIES OF THE MAINSTREAM NEWS MEDIA AND THE CRAP ABOUT SPENDING BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IT'S ALL LIES!!!  I NEED A LAWYER!
