BLUE TRUST LOANS OASIS FUNDS LLC RIPOFF!! PAYDAY LOAN THAT WILL CHARGE YOU INTERESTS EVEN IF YOU PAY EARLY.. HAYWARD WISCONSIN
RIPOFF!!! This was the worst time i've experienced with a quick pay day loan. ALERT!!!
I was going thru an emergency and decided to take a quick payday loan. I am not new to this, because I have borrowed from this type of loans before and I think that it had always worked fine.
Blue Trust Loans approved me for a the amount that I needed that moment, when speaking with them they have said that they merged with a Company that I have used before so borrow the money thinking it will be just like using the other company. After getting the money, I had the loan openned for 13 DAYS!!!! before I paid it in full.
This where the dissapointment came from. They have advertice just like the other companies that the interest is handle per day, per dollar. So as I have known before, if I had the loan for 13 days, I will pay interest only on the number of days the loan was effective. I WAS WRONG!!! with this company they do charge for the full period even if you pay it early.
When calling to Cusotmer Service they were very rude and didn't understand that I only had the loan oppened for certain amount of days and not the full period, they didn't care. Then I said well if you merged with the other company they will have some of the other companie's rules for paying early like discounts. When I said this then the representative told me that they are not associated with the other company at all!!! I was upset asking them to be fair and to charge it like all the companies do. They said that they dont care how i felt, think or want. Because it doesn't work that way and that they don't care.
I actually calculated the interest for the amount I asked for the 13 days at $245.00, they charged me $462.00 for a total of 21 DAYS. This included an application fee that they do not advice you when you open the loans, also underwriting fee that doesn't matter the amount of days the loan is opened for, and its not refundable and there is no way to change that. They couldn't do anything the managers were not helpful, they repeated what their staff said. And there was no way for them do reduce that at all.
PAYDAY loans are good for emergency and short term type of loan and this is why i have used this type of loans, this never happended to me with the other company so i was very upset they used this LIE to get me to sign a loan with them and then RIPOFF the interest and fees.
So after i had explained the situation a thousand times, with several people noone did anything to help me. Out of my frustration, I just end up paying what they told me to, and to finish all they had the AUDACITY to say this "PLEASE THINK OF US FOR A FUTURE LOAN" was she kidding?? I will never loan wiht this people in my life and that is why am doign this complaint so other people do not fall for this scam!!
Just FYI this company is connected with or is actually part of OASIS FUNDS LLC in Wisconsin. I found out this when i received an email confirmation of my payment. When I search online I have seen several lawsuits for this company OASIS.
