We have owned BlueGreen since 1999 they also told us they would help rent out our condo to help pay the maintenance fees but have failed to do so. They say no one has needed a reservation, however I can NEVER get a reservation when I call, they are alway booked up at ShoreCrest I and II and Harbor Lights. Now, does that make sense??? We also put our points in a pool to rent and if no one rents we lose those points which is a crock. We've tried to sell this but it costs to see it through a timeshare co. We've tried to sell it back to BlueGreen but they don't want it or want it for 1/4 of what we paid for it. All they ever do is try to push more points on us for more $$$$. When we bought we told them all we wanted was enough points to take a summer vacation for a week in June. They "SAID" thats what they sold us. We couldn't get a week in June if our lives depened on it. We can barely get a day or two in the dead of winter. I want in on any class action law suit that comes down pike on this group of frauds.
