Bluegreen Corporation - Shorecrest Villas ripoff BEWARE IF YOU EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS YOU'RE ALL ALONE MYRTLE BEACH SOUTH CAROLINA
When we purchased, they set us up on a balloon payment that would be due in 1 year. They said they would help rent it out so we could pay the mortgage. They did not!!!Also stated they would set us up on payments should we not be able to come up with the money in time. I have received the run around. No one can or is willing to help us. They will gladly sell us more points in order to refinance the loan. They are fraudulent in what they sell. They perform bad business and will not work with owners in order to resolve issues.

We have owned BlueGreen since 1999 they also told us they would help rent out our condo to help pay the maintenance fees but have failed to do so. They say no one has needed a reservation, however I can NEVER get a reservation when I call, they are alway booked up at ShoreCrest I and II and Harbor Lights. Now, does that make sense??? We also put our points in a pool to rent and if no one rents we lose those points which is a crock. We've tried to sell this but it costs to see it through a timeshare co. We've tried to sell it back to BlueGreen but they don't want it or want it for 1/4 of what we paid for it. All they ever do is try to push more points on us for more $$$$. When we bought we told them all we wanted was enough points to take a summer vacation for a week in June. They "SAID" thats what they sold us. We couldn't get a week in June if our lives depened on it. We can barely get a day or two in the dead of winter. I want in on any class action law suit that comes down pike on this group of frauds.
