A Bluegreen timeshare sales agreement is the contract that you get at the moment you purchase a fractional ownership. Most timeshare companies make them long and difficult to understand, so the buyer doesn’t know well what he is getting into, and the terms and conditions are especially made to benefit the resort, but not the owner. The timeshare sales agreement gives you the right to use the resort, during a certain number of years, for a specific number of weeks. That means that the developer still owns the resort, so your interest would not be considered as real estate. Also, it is very likely that most of the verbal promises told during the presentation are not in the contract, and many of the agreements have no cancellation policy

I think blatant lying to potential timeshare owners is not vague. Told Bluegreen would help me sell my timeshare if I wanted to opt out, is a blatant lie. How about not sharing the true conditions of most of the resorts for non-cash paying customers IF you can even get in? Or the disgusting "maintenance fees" that seem to not be used for true upkeep of the vacation spots? Mike1, I am sure you make a ton of money selling these timeshares. That is awesome. I am a capitalist. However, I do not agree with lies and unethical behaviors. Like being told it is a one time deal. Sign now or you lose the current "fabulous" deal. Mike1 the list goes on. Now please tell me I sound ignorant.

Bluegreen is singly the most unethical, immoral and detestible company in business today. Their sales sluts will use high pressure and out right lies to sucker people in. Then...after you've signed your name to their contract you discover on page 4 of the public offering Bluegreen is not liable for any promises made by their sales agents. Unbelievable. These parasites are without questions the lowest form of trash.
You will not get any of what your told, or shown your going to get...none of it.
They will steal your money and if you refuse to pay they will ruin your credit and threat YOU with legal action...that is incredible. What a band of puss trolls.

Just an honest question... What are you calling high-pressure? I have been on several presentations, and I have had a different experience at each one. You said when you got there you realized it was a high-pressure sales event to buy a timeshare. Again, in your words, what does that mean? I can understand your statement about getting caught up in the sales pitch. Think about it... That happens to all of us every day in many situations... The infomercial on tv about loosing 1,000 lbs in a week, the anti-aging cream that will take 10 years off your face, etc, You really didn't give any reason for anyone to not "BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!" You stated that your parents had one, you stated that you were dumb/naive, you stated that you had an idiot boyfriend, and you stated that you got caught up in the sales presentation. What's your complaint?? What were the promises that you did not get? What other companies have you been on a presentation with? When you make vague statements about anything, are not believable, and you seem ignorant.
