BlueGreen ripoff North Myrtle Beach South Carolina
My husband and I purchased a timeshare based on what we were shown a beautiful 2 BR studo with an ocean view and ended up in another location and we are sure the forms we signed were all changed somehow. We were told we purchased a 2br with ocean view and we actially were dupped into a 3 story with no Elevator. My husband is 71 years young and we would never have signed for this... They did not give us copies until months later. When we complained they sold us an upgrade and the same thing happened twice... Boy we are really stupid. Now we have purchased a $17,000 timeshare that when we tried to sell it we were told the value was about 7,000.
We are at the point that we will pay to get rid of it but no one wants it.
They told us there was only one left and we had to hurry to beat another buyer out. They lie and lie and lie somemore and they are so dishonest! I don't recommend anyone sign anything without an attorney present.
I would bet my life on the switching of these forms. We never never would have signed for the same place because we both hated it. (Harbor Point) no ocean view...
