In October I received a bottle of Revivatox, after learning the company was scamming customers , I then pproceeded to return the product and get refunded the $79.95 dlls. they charged to my account.
After several calls I finally got an RMA number to return the product. The company received the producton November 18th, since thenI have called the company many times to get the refund back. EverytimeI callI get different managers, and have to go through the whole process of explaining the situation.
On January 4, 2011 a "John" contated me and contacted my bank to make sure I did not file any claims. after the bank confirmed I have not received the refund nor had filed any claims, this "John manager" said the company would send me a check.
As of this dateI have not received the refund. I am tired and frustrated of having to explain everything to a "manager" everytime I call the company.
