I am an employee with Bosley Tire Service, I have been here long enough to see thousands of very satisfied customers. For one person to try to slander Bosleys good name is just ludacris. When we quote work on vehicles, we do so in the upmost confidence that the work is mandatory to ensure better ride quality for you. A customer is ALWAYS allowed to get a second opinion, and sometimes we even suggest it. The thought that our mechanics would send away business is just ridiculous.........if the ball joints were in fact not bad, we would have at least completed the alignment. The fact that the mechanic told you they were too bad to align tells me that they were bad. If you got another opinion and prefered to listen to them thats fine..............but we didn't steal $900.00 from you and didn't even try to presure you into spending it, just simply told you it needed to be done. Stop slandering Bosleys because you heard something you didn't like. We work hard to give locals the best service and prices and have done so for 40+ years. I do hope you've found a shop that you feel comfortable with, unfortunately, by the sounds of it, it will only last until serious work needs to be done to your car, then you'll go find someone else and talk bad on national tire and battery. Honest people, and honest prices, if you don't like that, fine........but keep your lies to yourself!
