Sportsman's Direct Mktg. has been closed for over 5 years and we went out of business because of  Postage Cost Increases. We were in business for over 6 years and I was sorry to close the business.

Please quit demonizing me and my name through this web site and contact me for Free Emails and Lists so I may make amends. Companies go out of business and you are attacking my personage and I will ask you to please contact me if we need to work out any grievance.

He is a fraud, he has a F rating in Better Business Bureau, He sends threats via email, He is a vulgar racist. His comment that he will Napalm me like all of my Black Pajama Wearing Relatives suggesting the extermination of all Asians? You can see the quotes below. His lists are worthless. They are not worth 1cent. He trys to sell you a list of 200,000 business contacts for $200.00. It's too good to be true. They are worthless. He uses a email scrapping software to crawl the random websites and scrape their email addresses and sells them without their knowledge, nor consent. This is how unethical this person is. I sent you everything available on the internet and the best you can do is find a few emails to be cheap and refuse to pay me. I have not done anything illegal and have provided services and delivered. You are just looking for excuses. Hi, i was reading the original poster and have found his claims to be consistent with my experience in the sense that this Brad Eiseman is a fraud, and a scam. He is also an extortionist. he sent me a worthless list of many [email protected], noreply@twitter, support@ type emails which is absolutely NOT my niche target market. He admits to using a email harvesting software that scraps email addresses from the internet hence generates invalid email contacts that are not even worth $1.00. Brad Eiseman of www.salesandmarketinglists.com advertised 200,000 contact names and emails for $200.00. we made phone contact, and agreed to forward 50,000 emails to me for $200.00. Well, once i received his file, he had sent only approximately 15,000 emails. The rest were all mailing addresses, in which i cannot use per my original instructions to him. I used the list to email out to them to see how valuable and targeted they were to my niche. To my surprise, there in the list included many email addresses with "[email protected], [email protected], [email protected]," type of emails that lead to nowhere. Obviously these are not valid to my target as we agreed. I sent him an email regarding this issue, and he writes back with an ultimatum to pay him $200 or he will send my company's name with defamation remarks to 200,000 emails warning not to do business with him. He is posing as a victim here. furthermore, he is suggesting and using profane language in all of his email correspondences in his attempt to resolve our difference. I am very concerned with his tactics, as i've not met one such as he. Upon reading several posts documented here, it appears that i'm not alone. This person running the above company, operating out of Georgia, with another alias Sportsman's Direct Mktg is a fraud and extortionist. Enough already???? Enough will be when you have paid back the people you've ripped off! I logged in here to acknowledge your recent payment of $200. It did clear the bank. After the better part of a year, I have actually seen some of the money returned. So then in your rebuttal you post: "I have provided you both refunds and mailing lists worth thousands of dollars." For the record, this recent check for $200 is the ONLY cash refund I have received so far. The mailing lists "worth thousands of dollars" are not worth a thing to me unless I spend thousands on printing and postage, mailing individual cards that were supposed to be part of your deck. I offered to accept the lists as a partial payment because I knew that wouldn't cost you any cash and maybe with part of the debt knocked off you could see your way clear to paying the rest. Now you're twisting my generosity to sound like you've gone above and beyond restitution. Here is the reality: You are now CLOSE to having made restitution*. You still have a little ways to go. I have received a check for a partial refund. This is a major turn of events, however, I would prefer not to say too much until I am sure it clears the bank. If indeed it goes through okay, this will demonstrate an effort by Mr. Eiseman to at least begin to follow through with promises of restitution. Will continue to update.

If you are reading this, you probably have some concern over whether Brad Eiseman is someone with whom you should do business. I was hoping by now I could update this report and say, "He's an okay guy, he had some problems but got them taken care of and made everything right with me." Sorry, that is not the case. I have given Mr. Eiseman every benefit of the doubt and every chance in the world to demonstrate that he is honest and cares about the people who entrusted him with their money. I told him I would either defend his reputation OR warn others about him -- depending on his response. His response? Empty promises. Excuses. Stall tactics. What amazes me is he can't seem to bring himself to send $50, or even $25! Yet he'll go on about how much the loss of his reputation is costing him! Well Brad, if you send so much as one dollar I will update this report! If you are reading this because you've already lost money to Eiseman, here's a couple of suggestions: 1. The Smyrna, Georgia Police Department is following this situation. If you are a victim, please let them know: 678-631-5147. 2. Since this particular rip-off is across state lines and involves the Internet, you may want to file a complaint here: http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx 3. Con artists and/or unscrupulous business operators can easily elude individual victims. But when those victims band together there's no escape for the perpetrator. 4. There are several reports on this site regarding Brad Eiseman, but the site cross-reference function does not work very well. Try using a search engine. You'll find postings on other sites as well. I have seen evidence that he has the contacts and wherewithall to make it happen. When I wrote the original post I didn't know what to believe since so little information was forthcoming. Now I would say it is a viable business. It is not a scam. Communications could certainly be better but it looks like he's trying to make the thing work. Will update as more information becomes available.
