BRADFORD EXCHANGE CHECKS ripoff SHOWS WONDERFUL BRIGHT COLORED CHECKS IN ADS , WHAT YOU GET ARE FADED DULL CHECKS Niles, Illinois INTERNET
I saw these wonderful bird checks called Morning Serenade in the Bradford Exchange checks flyer. the picture of the checks was in beautiful bright full color. I was so excited about the beauty of these checks.
I went to their website and saw the same color quality portrayed. I ordered the checks. I couldn't wait to receive them.
What I got were checks that were a faded dull mere shadow of the what was advertised. I called Bradford checks 800 number.
I talked to a customer service person and then to her supervisor. They were unwilling to address the problem. They did not care that their advertising was misleading. They did not care that I was unhappy with the checks..The attitude was basically Tough Tonails.
I have ordered checks from other companies and never experienced this kind of discrepancy between what was advertised and the reality. I have been looking at flyers from other companies since this happened and I don't see their checks portrayed in living color as Bradford exchange does.
It makes me wonder about all the other things this company sells.
