I called on Feb6,2012 to speak with a representative about making payment arrangements,which were to begin on March 22,2012. I called on March 13 because notices were sent that said my payment agreement was in default. I spoke with Beth Adams who was very helpful. She reinstalled my payment arrangement once more to begin on March 22. Brett Mays calls me a couple of hours later and informs me that he is the supervisor and he's denying my request.

He was very rude and unwilling to understand the miscommunication that was going on. He called me a liar and told me if i didn't pay my account in full he was proceeding to garnish me. I called back to speak with Beth, but she never returned my call.

I called back on March 14 to speak with Beth to see what had happened with the agreement and she connected me back to Brett,who answers the phone and says "oh so you're calling back to make a payment or we're garnishing you." I told him he was very unhelpful and rude,which he disputed. He continued to call me a liar and i told him i was a customer and needed to be treated like one. He goes on to inform that that I'm indebtor because i didn't purchase anything. I asked for a quality complaint number or his superior and he informed me that he wasn't giving me his name or number because he doesn't talk to little people like me.

You weren't living up to the terms of the agreement you signed when they loaned YOU their money.

They were trying to hold you to those agreed to terms and you were doing the dead beat two-step trying to change the rules.

I suspect you were very polite and courteous on the phone with them and they just gave you a hard time for no reason what so ever...right?

All they want YOU to do is pay on time, every time.

Let us know, in your next Ripoff Report how they garnished you unfairly and with no warning at all.
