Bridgecrest/Drivetime Predatory loan practices Predatory loan practices No refinance options. They are Loan Sharks. My vehicles is only worth 6000 they have it financed for 14000 Mesa Arizona
I purchased a vehicle through DriveTime. My interest rate rate is over 20%. I have made ontime payments for over a year. I try to have the vehicle refinanced but the lenders tell me I have to much negative equity. The original loan amount was for 15000 now a year later we are are down to 13000 but the vehicle is only worth 6000. I feel Bridgecrest is preying on people that are less than credit worthness and sticking them with riduculous terms therefore enslaving them with insurmountable debt.

If you don't like a high APR, then YOU should have paid your bills prior to this so you wouldn't be turned down by a bank!
