Do not deal with these people ,they will only steal your money , They were to provide me with a short term loan and they asked for money upfront that they promised was refundable with a 10,000 payment if they did not proform, but they just lie and steal money, so if you are having any dealings or thinking of dealing with these to individuals you need to run the other way , do not send any money or wire any money , They are crocks that just steal money from hard working people , I hope i help someone else from loosing money.

My name is Keith Morris and I am the CEO of Bright Castle Investments, LLC. While I feel terrible that the original poster has been scammed, they were not scammed by me or my company. While I am skeptical that this was a real complaint, I would urge the original poster to do the following immediately:
1. Call the police and file a Police report at your local Police station.
2. Call the FBI to report how and where you gave this person $10,000. (Which would surely be an amount to secure a Felony Indictment. If you gave them a check, money-order or wire they can help track it.) fbi.com/contact-us or 800-Call-FBI
3. If you mailed them a check, please call the Postal Inspection Service of the US Postal Service at 877-876-2455 because that would be mail fraud. postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactUs/
I am only responding to this because I got a call from a "Reputation Repair" service trying to charge me $3000 to have the original post removed, which I will not do. I find it odd, that someone can make a false claim on a website, and then offer a service to charge or "Arbitration Fee" costing thousands of dollars to have it investigated and removed. Seems a little backwards, to me but this is the world we are living in...
I have had no dealings with Helen Rhoads, who the original poster associated with my company. My company deals Business to Business in Real Estate in New York City. We do not make loans of any kind. The phone number being attributed to us is not our phone number, (Maybe that would be a starting point for the Police or FBI.) Had the original poster or this website checked with the Nevada Secretary of State's website, they would easily find my actual telephone number. Suspiciously the "Reputation Repair" people surely had no problem finding our number...
While I advocate for free speech, when it affects people's reputation, a little more care should be used when publicizing false or inaccurate information. While I hope this response makes it to this website in its entirety, their Terms Of Service allows them to edit it, so who knows what will show up.
Long story short, I would gladly help in any law-enforcement investigation into this matter. BCI, LLC has never scammed anyone and has a spotless record with all of our clients and will continue to provide excellent, transparent service.
