THESE GUYS SPORT AN "INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CERTIFICATION" IN THEIR "YELLOW BOOK" ADVERTISEMENT. They do not belong to this institute and are NOT CERTIFIED BY THEM! I already turned them in for that! The guy I spoke to on the phone said they had a minimum $49.99 fee to come out (I only needed one vacant room done) The guy told me they would not charge any extra for pre conditioning and could remove all odors and stains in the one room. The red flag should have went up when in the 1st 30 seconds he tried to upsell me $30 (making it $80.00) to get the odor out!!! I just figured the owner probably didn't tell their worker and refused the extra $30 because he said he wouldn't charge any extra for 1 room. They were in and out of there in 20 minutes - two days later the odor still remained (carpet was only 3 years old)

Call him back up and was told they would be out on Monday - they never showed up or called. Called him back again - he says "didn't you get my message on Saturday - we are not comming back out - you needed to pay the extra $30 while we were there - LIAR!!! They also sport a Christian fish logo on their ad. They have no physical address (how would you serve them with a lawsuit?) the only phone number is a cell number serviced by Nextel Communications. I will complain to BBB - I tried to put a stop order on my check - you guessed it - they cashed it the next day!!! BRITE SPOTS ARE SCUMBAG SLIME SUCKERS - THE WORST OF THE WORST!!! I am going for ceramic tile and wood from now on.....lets put em all out of business!!!

YUP YOU GUESSED IT THE "MANAGER" (MANGER IN HIS NATIVE TONGUE) SAID THEY WOULD "CONSIDER" SENDING A REFUND (IT'S ONLY $49.99) AND IT'S BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS....... I AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH FOR THESE DIRTBAGS. THEY WILL BE TURNED INTO BBB AND I HAVE ALREADY FILED A WRITTEN COMPLAINT WITH THE LOCAL CITY GOVERNMENT - THEY LOVE TO REGULATE / FINE / AND PUNISH BUSINESSES WHO ACT LOCAL WHO ARE NOT - IN FACT - LOCAL. BYE BYE BRITE SPOTS!!! PLEASE FOR ALL OF US LEARN TO SPELL THE NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO "START" A BUSINESS...........LESSON LEARNED!!!

AFTER HAGGLING WITH THE GUY ANSWERING THE CELL PHONE - WON'T GIVE ME HIS NAME - HE GAVE ME ANOTHER NUMBER (310) AREA CODE. THEIS GUY "GUS" WHO IS ENGLISH LANGUAGE CHALLENGED (IS THAT POLITICALLY CORRECT?) WOULD NOT TELL ME WHAT THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY'S NAME IS.........NOR GIVE ME A PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO SEND A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND A REQUEST FOR A REFUND TO. HE SAID HE WOULD INVESTIGATE MY CLAIM AND GET BACK TO ME IN AN HOUR - YOU GUESSED IT - NEVER CALLED BACK..... THANKS, HOUSTON FOR THE EXTRA COMMENTS - THEY ARE WISE WORDS - I HAVE TWO ROOMS LEFT WITH CARPET IN MY HOUSE / IN THE NEXT TWELVE MONTH'S THEY WILL BE REPLACED WITH WOOD OR CERAMIC TILE - I CAN CLEAN MY FLOORS MYSELF!

Bob, Bob, Bob. I don't mean to sound disrespectful,or cold, but I will tell you the way it is. Don't mix business, with religion. I have been screwed like that before. Bob, I have been a cleaner going on thirty years. I have seen alot of stupid things happen in this industry, such as Chrysler. Get it? I live in Houston. We have thousands of so called carpet cleaners that infest this city. And guess what? I probably know less than 10 guys that know what they are doing! We are like wrecker drivers. We all know each other. Certifications do not mean anything other than you might have hired a rookie in training, kind of like a intern at the hospital. I come from a group that was around before these large certification organisations were founded, and we clean things they can't even pronounce. Some of the best cleaners are small mom & pop shops. Stay away from large companies, because alot of them hire off of the street. And stay away from the coupons! There is no such animal as $99.00 for a whole house! Some of the best cleaners in the industry are not certified through anyone! GOOD LUCK! and THANK YA'LL FOR THIS EDUCATIONAL MOMENT!
