I ordered product from this company on en online adverstisement $4.95 face cream and 8.95 for eye cream (free trial except for shipping of 4.95 . Product arrives in small tube. No invoice or paperwork indicating further shipments would come in not notified in 14 days. I Get billed 89.79 for one product and a second charge over $80 for the second product. Called the number on the CC statement for the company. Told them to cancel and refund the second charge an I did not subscribe to any product shipment program and I was unwilling to pay the outragous charge for the products. Employee states she can not because the original offer fine print stated that you agreed to recieve the product and needed to cancel within 14 days. I told the employeee that this was unacceptable as I had not received any further product and did not want any and would be happy to send the trila product I had back. I was told they did not accept opened product back. I told her I would send any product sent out back and wanted a refund for this product. When the next shipment arrives it will be refused at the post office. I asked to speak to employee's supervisor and was told I could not. I was told that they were not available and did not take calls. This person said the best I can do is give you a 25% discount of $22.44 ans $21,99 respectively. I told her that this was not accecptable as I was being billed for product not received or used at that point. I told the employee that I would dispute bthese charges on my credit card and that I would reprot their company to the BBB This company is getting rich off of unsuspecting folks. Many compliants on line. Attorney generals from consumer states need to hear about this. BBB should as well.
