These guys belog in JAIL! They give an estimate of a few grand and then come back with an actual of several thousand higher. They get agressive about filing a lein on your home is you even suggest that they are a rip off.
I had similar water damage problem a few years prior and it was a fraction of the cost as compared these guys. The even know how to work the insurance system. The are clean in some areas on BBB, but check sister cities and they will at least have a couple negative ratings
