I have been dealing with this company as the listing agent for a property in the Antelope Valley. We had an accepted Short Sale with a fully executed contract. They have strung us along for over 2 months and we have the email track record to show. It turns out they where double dealing the offer to their own buyers and others to get higher commissions and flat out lied to us and the bank to achieve a higher commission deal. When approached about the back door deal. They told us to get lost and to do what ever we want as far as making a complaint with the board.
We are making that complaint as well as pursuing council as well. We are still basically under contract and have never received any counters and or cancelations ex. This company has wasted two months of our life and thinks that it is not an issue! All in the pursuit of higher commissions. We high advise any consumer and or agents to avoid dealing with this very very UN ethical company. The owner has proven to be very shady as is his agent Carlos Tablas. We will be reporting this to the DRE and have already started the process with Gavar.
