On May 29, 2008 I ordered a pair for prada ballerina shoes for my daughter. The price was $169.00. For some reason the the same date of the order they took out $169.00 from my account and an additional $1.69. In the computer it states that the order was processed on May 30, 2008. Their email states that it takes 15 business days to recieve the shoes. This never happened. In the beginning I was able to get someone from thier "live help". Now that it has been so long, I don't even get that. The only thing I get is "operator not avalible, leave message." This has been done several times. Still no response. Today is July 10, 2008 , l have no shoes, no reponse and no refund. I an very upset with this on-line service and want something to be done to make them liable for misleading the public. I hope this is not going on deaf ears.
