Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

To be fair, I have only dealt with two people at this managment company - the woman behind the bulletproof glass and the property manager, Alina Geana.  However, their behavior has been rude, discourteous and in multiple cases, unreasonable.  One of the people who overseas the  properties is Alina Geana.

Whether she doesn't know how to spell, type or care is uncertain.  However, this woman sends notices to the property about nearly everything.  No, don't send an email, just keep wasting trees and filling recycle bins.  These notices are riddled with grammatical errors, typos and incorrect spellings.  Don't you care to review your work Alina?

Don't businesses that care review their correspondences before sending them out to their customers? Everyone knows that in most cases, it's the small things that matter.  What is comical and equally tragic is that Alina Geana sends notices out to the property with seemingly, at times alleging infractions with no investigation and no proof.

So, a reasonable person would want to have a sit down to discuss this type of behavior, right? Hey, don't expect to have an intelligent conversation with this woman.  When you go down to their Skokie office, the front desk woman is behind bulletproof glass.  On the North Shore of Chicago?

I don't know of any other business in the Village of Skokie with that distinction other than the check cashing stores.  What is going on, Alina? Why would a management company have such cause for concern?  Perhaps you and your firm should just treat people with a little respect.  Anyway, you can see reviews on Yelp! and Google from people alleging how badly this company treats their residents.

It's funny the canned responses you see from seeming confederates trying to say how great the company actually is.  Hey, 2 stars out of 5 stars, based on 146 reviews on Yelp says it all: 80% of the time, you don't deliver.

To return to Alina Geana, don't you care what you are sending out to your residents? Don't you care if it is true or not? Don't you care if it is reasonable or not? I guess not, because when you go to stop by Cagan's suburban office, good luck in finding a parking place.

All the places along the building are reserved for their employees, including the owner with his late model Corvette.  You are forced to park down the block or on a busy, 4 lane street.  Does that sound like someone who cares about their customers?  To be fair, if Alina Geana is rude, discourteous, unthinking and inattentive on a chronic and ongoing basis, it is really not her fault.  This treatment of people could not continue on an ongoing basis without her betters' consent, could it?

Walking in to their North Shore office and being greeted by someone from behind what appears to be thick, bulletproof glass gives you an indication of their culture.  Anyway, Alina Geana, thank you for giving me the opportunity to deal with someone like you.  It has helped me to build character.  It seems you have enough job security so that you can treat your residents this way.  I hope you never have the opportunity to deal with someone like yourself.  God bless you and Cagan Management.

Perhaps I missed it

Since your title stated unfounded and unreasonable notices, one would expect that your RipOff report would actually explain what the notices were and why you think they were unfounded and unreasonable. But perhaps I missed that, as what I got from your novel is that in their office they sit behind what looks like bullet proof glass. After all you only mentioned that three times.

By the way if you want to act as the spelling and grammar police, you may want to remember a little saying that starts "People in glass houses...".

In the future you may want to make sure your "managment" of what you post is better. Then while you are at it perhaps you can explain this little gem..

What is comical and equally tragic is that Alina Geana sends notices out to the property with seemingly, at times alleging infractions with no investigation and no proof.

"with seemingly, at times"....Huh????

I guess you also need some geograhical help.

When you go down to their Skokie office, the front desk woman is behind bulletproof glass. On the North Shore of Chicago?

So are you asking if their office is on the North Shore of chicago?

Oh and if your comeback to this is to point out any "errors" I may have, don't bother. I am not the one coming to this site making a RipOff report on grammar and spelling errors. In fact if you don't find at least one error, I would question your attention to detail. So as a little hint, I even left some little issues for you to find. That is if you are so inclined.
