After receiving error messages on my Canon Pixma 922 printer, I read the instructions to go to the online service manual. Since I had no such manual on my device, I searched the web for a service manual, being careful to include the term "manual" in my search.

The search brought many hits, all listing places to purchase the model requested, absolutely none on servicing an existing printer.

Service manuals are NOT for public consumption. Service manuals are for PROFESSIONALS and normally are only printed once. IF at all. If YOU cant find one on the web then the information IS NOT available. That doesnt make Canon a bad company, nor is it a ripoff. that is just YOU and YOUR issue and has NOTHING to do with the business YOU are whining about.
