Capital Mortgage Lending will not comply with an order by the court on a wage garnishment for deadbeat employee Brian Beers whose phone number is 916-240-7442. They are currently being sued by customers who claim they have used deceptive lending practices.
Avoid them at all costs as they rip off all who walk in their door. Brian Beers is a loan officer who will rip off his customers to make a quick buck.
