I would warn anyone using this debit card or thinking about doing so, as a company, they are horrible and very dishonest. Trying to figure out where to place my money now since banks are out of control and prepaid debit cards are a scam.

I used my card at Target. Perhaps they were refunding me for a transaction. Still haven't checked my account, but they sent me an email saying they saw fraud transactions and to call them. I did so and they did not turn my card back on.

Instead, I had to wait two weeks before I got a new one in the mail which was through a harrowing phone call that you can imagine through an automated phone system from hell, people in a foreign country, etc. etc.

I would warn people not to use this card because they might have cute images but the company itself is a mess. While I had no money, I was unable to buy food and had to eat at homeless soup kitchens.

The advantage is if you get an SSI check, you get the money faster, but the headache of dealing with this kind of unprofessionalism is just not worth it. Their company really screwed me for no reason.

I told them there was no fraudulent transactions and yet they still had to go through stupid procedures anyway. Steer clear of this place.
