It's unfortunate that you are having a difficult time. Unfortunately unforeseen problems can occur with used vehicles. I apologize that our staff didn't catch the seat belt malfunction in your vehicle, they are usually very good at catching those kinds of things. Also, we always contact our customers when we're going to move the vehicle for additional repairs, you just happened to catch us before we could get to your account to make the phone call to you. When you vehicle needs repair it can be a stressful time, so we always make every effort to extend as many courtesies as possible during a trying time. Even though the repairs were being made at no cost to you, being without your vehicle can be frustrating. If you or Robert have any further problems please contact us as soon as you can.
