Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

CarHop sold my fiance and I a UNSAFE and BAD car. The lady there Jessica said "we can not sell you an unsafe car." She also said we have *30* days to decide if we want it. With in 2 weeks of having the car we noticed the Headlights go out while driving the car. We told CarHop... they refuse to fix it and said to hit the hood above the lights to get them to come back on... DOES NOT WORK. Plus when I was aking about the car Jessica NEVER said anything about the head light problem WHICH THEY KNEW. Also the rear passanger tail lights WILL NOT WORK... and they wont fix that either. My fiance was pulled over because off the lighting situaton. Also the fuel pump went out on my fiance in the middle of the highway making him late for work. The car clicks loudly while driving like the turning signal is on or the hazards EVEN when they aren't.

When the Fuel Pump went out we called CarHop. They towed it to some Garage where it was supposively having the fuel pump and tank replaced, plus they had the engine replaced WITH OUT telling us before hand. When we got it back and went to fill it up with gas... It POURED gas out under the car, in the middle of the car. It STILL is not fixed. So we called and they said... like always "we will call you back in 10 minutes"... NEVER DID. Not for like 3 days. Now they expect us to DRIVE it to the CarHop dealership which is 47 miles away WITH A GAS LEAK to supposively be "fixed" AGAIN!! WTH??

We tried returning the car with in the supposive 30 days we had to return it. When we did so the lady at CarHop then changed it up and said we only had *3* days to decide. NOT WHAT SHE SAID AT FIRST!!

Looking to get an attorney and take them to court. By the time we are done... IT IS GOING TO BE PUBLIC!!

Ken

Colorado,
Before you sue them, you should read the contract You signed for the car...

You should have read it BEFORE signing it.  You apparently still haven't read it. It makes no difference what you were TOLD, only the WRITTEN contract applies.
