Company sells lower priced carpeting but makes up the difference by selling poor quality padding at exhorbidant prices, but worst of all i measure and calcule the sq yardage and there estimate is consistently 20% to 25% higher. So when they calculate rip-out at $3.00 a sq yd install at $7.00 a sq yd and carpet at say $15.00 a sq yd your basically paying $25.00 per sq yd for something that doesn't even exist.   And to top it all the owner is arrogant as well as obnoxious. Your better off going to one of the big 2 home centers and geeting better quality padding and carpeting at a lower price. Bunch of slimeballs.

We offer six different paddings in-stock of various quality and price level.  Customers choose which padding they prefer.  We offer suggestions based on location in the home and the amount of foot traffic.  Pricing varies from $2.49/sqare yard ($.28/sqare foot) upto $6.99/sqare yard ($.78/sqare foot).  Which padding did you select?  Our pricing tends to be consistent with local competitors +/- 10%.  However, unlike most big box stores, we allow customers to buy the yardage needed.  You must buy full roll quantity (30-40/sqare yards per roll) at the hoime improvement centers.

A common mistake that people make with their measurements is that you can buy your exact square yadage/sqare footage.  This is not the case with carpet and other roll goods.  You must always buy the width of the roll, regardless of your room width.  As an example:  A room measures 10' X 10'.  (100 sqaure feet or 11.11 square yards).  You cannot buy 10' X 10' of carpet.  Standard roll width is 12 feet, so in fact you will be purchasing 12' X 10' of material.  (120 square feet or 13.33 square yards).  20% more.  That number can increase depending on other carpet widths such as 13'6" wide or 15' wide material.  It can also increase if rooms exceed the width of the carpet and must be seamed.  It can also increase if the carpet has a pattern repeat and must be matched.  What is your room size(s) and which carpet did you select?

We have been serving Northeast Pennsylvania for 36 years with thousands of satisfied and repeat customers.  We offer products for every budget and offer professional installation.  For the do-it-yourselfer, we will cut, roll, and load your purchase, and offer how-to advice.  We do not engage in name-calling.
