Honor should be given where honor is due -- but when that is not the case, and a person who upholds and defends an individual and/or group when there has been initial wrongdoing and fault, an honrous (wo)man should have properly investigated the full issues at hand without overlooking any details and should have taken responsibility for those underneath them, and their wrongdoing and fault.

Cassie Soelke-Chytracek (of the Portillos Group) has been party and the sole/elected representative in a unfair situation that took place at a location under her direction to handle (handed to her by her authorities above her) which only makes her completely to blame. As she not only defends the Portillo Group with great honor, but even when it costs her to put her own ethics and moral obligations as a humanbeing aside for whatever pride in herself or pride in the Portillos Group, she devours whatever weak victim is in her way.

My business dealings with this woman has been horrific nonetheless. She was given the task by Suzie Mascorro and Mr. Portillo himself to overshadow and take value away from a situation that ONLY represented in discrimination, hatred towards less-fortunate-individuals, and lesser of all the evils: stripping away the fault and blame that occured at a location that was placed over her direction, or at least, was directed to deal with my claims toward the group that she represents carelessly, heartlessly and with malice. 

Mrs. Chytracek showed full flat-affect toward a situation of discrimination and a fault made by one of her employees that was multi-leveled than what could be seen on just the surface. Due to her, and those who she has supported in this due to her own pride and the pride of the Portillo Group, she is equally at fault.

The moral to lessons like this is that the customer is always right. Do not doubt or question any possible occurance that a careless, underpaid and overworked employee who basically started and caused a simple but also an unfairly festering situation of discrimination toward myself and possible other customers with similar situations as I.

As she is currently holding a position as Assistant Operations Manager at The Portillo Restaurant Group in the Guest Relations Department, she should consider about acquiring another skillset and demeanor in handling and dealing with customers. Often at times it is better to think and put to practice putting oneself in someone elses shoes when doubt comes in the picture as well as considering other possibilities that led to the manifestation of events or series of events that began from whatever source or problem.

Individuals and Corporations, in relation to Mrs. Chytracek and around her, should NEVER sacrifice the wrong in which they did and setting out a mission of creating and maintaining (the key part) loyal, happy and pleased customers, a standard practice with any company who focuses on excellent customer service.

May this report reflect wonderings and questions of, Mrs. Chytracek and The Portillos Group as a whole, their behaviors and standing on a Corporate level.
