William Troyanoski has a process of refusing to pay vendors and then "negotiating" them down so he gets a discount on the services.
He has done this several times before, with vendors in New York, Pennsylvania and California.
I suggest not doing business with this man, or if you do, get payment in advance and get it all in writing.

These guys are trying settle now and have ended the contract since we would not buckle under their pressure. William Troyanoski has since been found to have a criminal record after being caught nude and drunk in a Walmart parking lot and arrested for indecent exposure. He also perjured himself by lying on a state application for a liquor license (he was fired for doing so from a previous employer). This guy is also an adulterer, propositioning employees while being engaged. What a sleazeball.
