I ordered two polo shirts from this so called online "outlet". It has a "secure server" and a shopping cart, much like trustworthy companies do.

The shipping was 9.95 for FedEx Ground, a little high for "4-5 days".

I received a "transaction confirmation" two days later-- not a receipt of my order, but a confirmation that they had indeed taken my money!

In the email, there was a statement, "If you suspect this is a fraudulent transaction, please email [email protected].

The email had a lock and the FedEx logo.

I kept waiting for the delivery.

It never came. I went back to the website and attempted to track the delivery. Ha! It was PENDING a week later.

Every attempt to call the 800 phone number gets, "dee-doo-dee----all circuits are busy, please try your call later."

When it dawned on me that I had been ripped off, I called my bank and filed a report. Since I don't what state this jerk lives in (probably in his parents' basement) I can't contact their Attorney General.

When I Googled the name of the company, rather than the brand of polo shirt, all kinds of goods appeared, electronics, clothing, etc. Yeah, they sell everything, all of it is invisible and doesn't take up space in a warehouse or anything.

This has never happened to me before. Now I will follow my gut when it says FedEx will take 4-5 days! The email confirmation had an IP of 63.33.120.251, a sort of PayPal type of thing that is also imaginary.

I suspect the "ccTaylor" means conniving cheater Taylored to your needs.

Doing my own investigation

I am doing my own investigation of this non-existent company, ccTaylor.com. When I returned to their website, under "About Us" (They all have that, and for the most part, who cares?) it has a photo of the Vice President of ccTaylor-- a BULLDOG!! Returns-- forget about it! "If you order a product in three sizes so you can find out which size fits, NO RETURN! If you order five black shirts and decide you don't like black, NO RETURN! But, since the merchandise never arrives, no problem, there isn't anything to return! I called the local phone number, it's a FAX machine. (631) 287-2050 I called the alternate number, it's a screen printing company recording. (631) 287-1413 I found their address: 44 Jagger Lane, Southampton, NY 11968-4822 I Google Earthed the place and it is a semi-residential location. I did found out how to file a complaint with the NY Attorney General, Consumer Division. So I'm making progress. My bank is filing a dispute, but this guy needs to be shut down! It's not enough that I get my money back, he needs to be put in jail with all the other thieves, because while my order was small, a lot of small orders add up to big time theft. I will let you know the outcome. While ordering online is not always wise, I would not have been able to do my "investigation" without my computer. What a tough way to learn about creeps. The "PayPal thing" is called eProcessingNetwork.Com.
