You should have called sooner. Days into the contract would have been a good point to call and compain about the access speed. Instead you have used this 6 month contract for 3 months and 15 days before complaining? Have you cleaned your cache and/or removed huge programs? How much memory is on your computer etc... A provider cant be blamed if your computer is slow.
