Sorry to hear about your issue. I am curious what phone you got that cost 250 dollars. I am also a little baffled as to why you did not notify a store that you were having this issue under the fifteen day return window. You could have walked away problem solved in that time frame with no penalty. If you were unaware of the policy and were not told about it, you are to blame a bit as well as the rep who sold the phone to you for not asking important questions like so many people do not seem to bother with. Such as coverage areas, what happens if the phone breaks, etc.... It is almost funny at the lack of care for details people seem to have. What is even funnier is telling these important things to people and them ignoring you! I have had that happen so many times I cannot count. I am not saying that is you.... I am saying it happens and either you were told about the 15 day window and did not listen, not told about it and did not bother asking for the details, or you were told about it and went back in under the 15 day window adn were told they were working on it... if it is the third....................your account should have been noted and you should have dealt with a manager at that point. Whatever the case, you do have options. One, if the phone is under manufacturers warranty, being less than a years old, you can have it sent back for repair and get a loaner phone for FREE. It may be a case of just a bad phone. Just like you can go buy a CD player and it not work, some phones can just be bad out of the box. If the phone is more than a year old, you can purchase another one and they do have some available that are at a reasonable price. You can also purchase an unlocked phone on line on EBAY for decent prices. If it is a tower issue and no phonw will solve your problem, I would ask to speak with a manager or call into customer care and speak with someone there about possible options. I hope that you get this issue resolved and soon.
