I had a contract with them and decided to change. I thought I would get my husband a companion phone for Father's Day. I requested 300 minutes for us to share, along with the many other "enticing" features that they offer. To my amazement, when my first bill came, It was a couple hundred more than that of my monthly bill agreement. When I called Centennial, they had made a mistake and only given us 30 minutes to share.

They said I needed to bring the bill in to get it "corrected". Nothing is done easily over the phone, right? I did as they requested and brought it in. Now it's fixed, right? WRONG!!

When I recieved my next bill it was still uncorrected. I begged these people for 4 months to fix my bill so that I could pay it, but to no avail. The next bill I got in the mail said I had broken my contract and they were now charging me 500.00 for the broken contract plus the 300.00 for charges made on my phone for all of the times I went over my "30" minutes.

Again I had to take time out of my day to go to Centennial. They hooked me up with their recovery department over the phone and eventually I got out of the contract with no charges to me.

WHEW!! I asked them 3 times over the phone if this meant that I no longer owed them any money and they said...yes.

Fast forwart to a year later and I get a bill in the mail from a collection agency for the 882.00 that I owe Centennial. You can imagine my shock as I had not heard from them for over a year. Again, down to Centennial I go. Even the manager would not help me. Deon, was his name. He "sympathized" with me, but stated he was not able to help me. Now again I must take time out of my busy day to contact the "recovery" department.

"Relax, your with friends"? I certainly was not feeling relaxed after working all day and picking up my two children, only to have to take them to Centennial Wireless where I made NO progress. And I'm pretty sure they aren't my friends. My worst enemy wouldn't even put me through all this!

So PLEASE, cell phone users around the world, take my advice, don't use this company, cause "Friends don't let friends use Centennial"
