Trying to refinance my debt and received numerous calls all over the state involving my family over this credit cRd dropped by Walmart. My first nightmare involved an assistant, Elizabeth who started yelling and threatening as soon as I answered the call (it was my first contact on the phone, I didn't even know what the call was about when she threw in legal action). I had to hang up from all the verbal abuse and inbasion of my credit report information and personal privacy. A supposedly nicer man named Eric played as though he was understanding but demanded $3000 to offer the creditor to close the case or approx $500 down now and a smaller payment plan later. I didn't call him back Monday because I could'nt don't either at this time. Numerous calls and voicemails later, I called to try to make some payment, Eric become abusive and invasive of my credit report and back to the tactics they do best, intimidation and abuse. I had to hang up because he verbally bashed my character and the call wasn't getting anyone a payment plan, just a nightmare!
