March 2006 i purchased unlimited access to actualtests.com. I initially was able to usse the account with no problem as late as 2013 or 2014. On July 19, 2017 i signed in to start studing for the A+ and was not able to access any content. I reached ou to support.actualtests.com for assistance, I have done this before and they were helpful. This time when i reched out I sent them a copy of my invoice and explained the problem. I received and email back asking if i had my bank statement because they had no record of me purchasing access, despit the invoice i sent them. I replied with my maiden name and my original receipt. i have yet to receive a reponse. on 7/25/17 I signed in to see iff the access has been restored. Found not only has it not been fixed but my invoice has been removed from the account, this is unacceptable.
