Don't play this nonsense shell game.
Finger pointing can go on and on and on.
Don't fall into that trap.
If you performed work on a property and have not been paid, you have the legal right to be paid in full.
Bottom line.
File the lien, and at least you will be paid before anyone can sell the property.
You can tie up the property, legally.
See how they like that.

A representative from Turning Point contacted us about this complaint and indicated that Mr. Allison is NOT part of the ownership of Turning Point--which is contrary to Mr. Allison's assertions to Mr. Gamble. There was no reason to doubt the credibility of the Turning Point representative. Therefore, Mr. Allison misrepresented his relationship with Turning Point and further misrepresented their liability for Mr. Allison's bill with Gamble Construction.
Based upon Turning Point's unwillingness to pay this bill on behalf of Mr. Allison, it can be inferred that Mr. Allison is a mere employee of Turning Point who is responsible for his own costs to relocate including the bill from Gamble Construction.
Mr. Allison's conduct of refusing to pay his bill with Gamble Construction is inexcuseable and compounded by the fact that he completely misrepresented his status with his employer, Turning Point.
