Find a new provider if you can.I live in st.louis and Charter doesn't seem to like competition in the St.Louis area. We'd go with a new provider in a heart beat for our cable and internet if Charter wouldn't block other companies from doing business here.But, surprise, they do! Chaters internet is over priced and you get NO WHERE near what they promise. That's why we switched to DSL and might switch the tv to U-verse. by AT&T.We've been victims of Chaters our self so you are not alone. Enjoy going under Chater. Let it happen! We want you GONE!
