Chaviano Towing Corp failed to move my car from point A to point B without breaking down. They broke down twice according to Gary the truck driver.
This would not be bad if this was the only problem. They (Nelson and Irina - the dispatchers) lied to me on multiple calls to their company. False promises after false promises made it difficult to make proper arrangements while waiting for my vehicle. If they didn't lie day after day I would have had a much easier time dealing with their very late delivery schedule. Very unprofessional. They never called me once to say they were having a problem. I had to call them when the car was a day late to find out they were having trouble.
This was bad enough... but then.... to have a terrible attitude about it when I call really took the cake. I asked to speak to the owner Niarcos Garcia. I was never allowed to speak with him and he never called me back.
Nelson tells me: "I don't give a s*** about your car"..... and..worse.
Nelson tells me: "You should have hired a helecopter".
ZERO Customer service all the way around. Late late late....
They must run terrible equipment that is poorly maintained to break down twice on one trip.
Oh... and one more thing.... no discount from them when they are a week late with the car!
Does it get any worse than this?
I just don't trust these people with my property .... especially when they tell me over the phone they "don't give a s*** about my car".
Avoid these people. Terrible people - no work ethics - no customer service - find a better trucking company.

Chaviano Towing Corp is a terrible company that do not know how to run a business. They are very unprofessional and should be punished. There is no use to speaking to them as they lack the communication skills and proper English to even handle transactions. Chaviano towing corp on November 19th, 2017 damaged our BMW 335i during the transport from Florida to California. They never made it to the drop off location. We had to meet the driver 1.5 hours away from San Diego to pick up our transported cars. One of the cars, the BMW, ended up being damaged. The clutch was burnt and the mufflers and bumpers were dent and scratched. Do NOT use this company. Up until now, Nelson and Irina refuse to speak to us nor respond to emails. They know they are responsible for it. Thank you for all you did.
