checkmate backround checks back round checks have address that are 10 years old.no phone # or personal info.known felon came up clean. Internet, Internet
done backround check on my son for accuracy and they only listed an address he lived at 10 years ago.also checked on someone i know has felony arrest and his report came back with no arrest.he spent 2 years in prision.i got more info from a free people search .when i called to cancel my membership i was told they would give me 1 month for 20.00 instead of 6 months for 59.00.in the end they agreed to take 10.00 for the few useless searches i did.hope to get my credit card rufunded for the fees.
this company states in fine print they are not responsible for out dated material and i think if they are charging for this info it should be correct.please help so others dont have to be talked to like they are an idiot because as i was told its my fault because they state not responsible for their out dated or incomplete backround checks.thank you.
