ChemDry Of RichmonChemDry Of Richmond Caught ChemDry employee going through a wallet in taken from a desk drawer in daughter's room. Ripoff Rockville Virginia
On 06/09/2007, ChemDry of Richmond dispatched two employees to my home to effect carpet cleaning. At approximately 8:30 AM, the two ChemDry employees arrived and began the cleaning process. At approximately 9:00 AM, I observed one of the employees working on the stairs and noted that the door to my daughters room was closing as another employee made entry. It should be noted that by this time the carpet in my daughters room had already been cleaned. A few minutes later, I opened the door to my daughters room and observed the ChemDry employee bent over an open desk drawer which had previously been closed. In his hands was a brown leather wallet which was opened as though he was looking for cash. Upon noticing me enter, the ChemDry employee quickly threw the wallet into the drawer and closed the drawer. When I asked the ChemDry employee what he had been doing, he replied nothing and appeared to become nervous. I then escorted both ChemDry employees from my home. The ChemDry employee which I caught with the wallet told me his uncle was the owner of ChemDry of Richmond. Upon further inspection, it was learned that $15.00 in cash was missing from the wallet.
Additionally, a roll of One-Dollar coins totaling $25.00 was missing from my other daughters room.

Chem-Dry of Richmond does not travel to Stafford Virginia to do work.
Chem-Dry of Richmond handles the office duties
scheduling jobs, invoicing, handle customer concerns, etc...
for one of the Chem-Dry's that sevices Stafford.
This report has accused the wrong company.
However, we did handle this customers call.
The Stafford county police were called.
The police received full cooperation.
They did not charge the employee with any wrong doing.
We are very sorry this ever happened!
It was handled it to the letter of the law
for the customers rights and the employee
rights
This employee and his uncle are no longer affiliated with any Chem-Dry.
