The casa and the case managers are all involved in a plot for money. Believe it or not. They get more money for a special needs child. Who would not get mad when they say anything? They are so dumb its not even funny and they do a bad job of lying. They take kids all the time for the hell of it.

Cheryl, it is evident that you have still not read the Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997. Prove to this reporter that the ASFA does not provide bonuses and awards to DHS/CPS. The ASFA clearly orders (authorizes) Medicare and SSI to REWARD DHS (not you as an individual) for every child they can take into custody and finally end in adopting the child to anyone they wish them to be adopted to. Cheryl, READ the ASFA. The ASFA needs to be rescinded to SAVE the children of the United States. Cheryl, if you'll go into your internet and ask for reports from individual states that relate to the application of the ASFA in any particular state, you'll be able to read the reports that are there. I read a newspaper report from New Jersey that reported that N.J. had already received $1.12 Million in bonuses and awards through the ASFA and the report states they are number SIX in the nation in receiving the rewards and bonuses. Oklahoma is trying to Adopt out EVERY child they can get custody of and make the final adoption effective within six months after they're taken into custody. The Youth and Family Services Division of OKDHS is supporting those endeavors. It's more rewards and bonuses for DHS. It's very strange that ... if the child is returned to the family, those rewards and bonuses are NOT provided to DHS. They're only given IF the child is Adopted. That's what is really going on across the nation! I recently read a newspaper report stating that Oklahoma DHS is 'low' on funds and the Director, Mr. Hendricks is blaming it on the increased Adoptions. The problem is, they just have NOT received or requested ALL of the rewards and bonuses that they are due for the damages they have done. The form was completed including the identifying numbers on the site. Adoption workers SAID the request was never received. One worker told this reporter that it sometimes took thirty days or more for the request to reach the Adoptions Office. That seems very strange that a computerized Website would show pictures and give details of a child begging for an adoptive home and then the request made over the site is denied receipt. Is/was the site, under the auspecies of OKDHS website fraudulent? Oklahoma DHS no longer posts pictures or describes children available for Adoption on their website. What happened? Do you think the site was just a funny joke to OKDHS? Well, I believe it was an actual site describing children available for adoption in Oklahoma UNTIL I mailed in the grievance that was reportedly NEVER received even though it was mailed Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested. This reporter has evidence that Foster Parents are being frightfully manipulated to follow everything that DHS says and threatened that the children will be MOVED to another home if they waver from any OKDHS recommendation ... because Foster Parents are considered to be OKDHS contractors. Their contracts can easily be denied or stopped. That's not just threats! That's promises that if a foster parent does not follow EVERY recommendation of OKDHS, they will LOSE future contracts. Many foster parents WANT to help children and parents. DHS's desire is to emotionally destroy every little child they can get their hands on. This reporter KNOWS that foster parents, according the Oklahoma Laws, get paid from $350 to nearly $1,000 per month PER CHILD in their care. Very few foster parents care for children for the money they're given. It's a shame that OKDHS forces foster parents, through contracting counselors, to continue destroying any hope the child had for a normal life. It is a shame that DHS/CPS is a part of our American way of life. My forefathers NEVER intended for little children to be destroyed by an agency of our federal government! As you stated earlier, Cheryl, taking a child into custody is not a happy experience for anyone, the child or the caseworker. It's a well known fact that MOST children are immediately diagnosed as emotionally disabled once they're taken into DHS/CPS custody. The emotional disablement is done ON PURPOSE so that ALL expenses can be paid for by Medicare and SSI. Then, worse of all, once a child has been diagnosed as emotionally disabled, that diagnoses remains with them, as a stigma, the remainder of his/her life. What a shame for an agency of MY federal, state and county government to damage little children so badly for the remainder of their life! These children, along with others, have been through Extended Grief Therapy by an OKDHS Contractor who, by the way, is ultimately being rewarded by provisions contained in the ASFA. Very few DHS/CPS employees are proud that they are employed by an organization whose goal is to emotionally disable little children for MONETARY GAIN! Cheryl, this reporter knows that YOU should be cognizant of the fact that if CPS would ACTUALLY place children with family members or return them to their biological parent(s), CPS could NOT request or receive into their coffers the bonuses and awards provided by the ASFA. If that is true, then (1) Why did they interweave so many cases in this case? (2) Why did DHS report state that the father signed a statement saying he was FULL BLOOD KIOWA INDIAN? The judge ordered a Kiowa Tribal representative to be present before the case could be heard. (3) Why can't DHS or the Guardian ad Litem name the three sons of the deceased father? Why would they want to emotionally injure the deceased father's survivors? Why would they use information that cannot be proven because the person is deceased? (4) Why did DHS send a letter to the father ordering him to pay child support to the mother who relinquised her rights in June 2002? (5) Why can't the educational dolls purchased from Hobby Lobby, a Christian oriented retailer, be located? (6) Why did the Executive Field Director tell this reporter to bring all of the children's educational and career planning items to OKDHS for disposal as OKDHS employees see fit? Whose hands would they wind up in? This reporter has thousands of dollars of educational and career planning tools and she KNOWS they will NOT be given to the children that they belong to! (7) How did the children's bones get broken and are they permanently crippled from the reported abuse? INDEED! CHERYL, WHO BROKE THEIR BONES AND WHICH BONES WERE BROKEN? Witnesses were present when the accusation was made. Cheryl, how badly have the children been mangled by OKDHS and CPS 'caregivers' who, by the way, ARE being paid through provisions of the ASFA? (8) Why would OKDHS/CPS send a "GAG" Order form with the Home Study caseworker and try to force her to sign the GAG order stating, "If you ever want to see these children again, you'll have to sign this form that says you will not be allowed to discuss anything in this case with any one. You are to close your mouth about everything that's been told to you." That's what this reporter says is essentially a GAG ORDER! Cheryl, the homestudy caseworker from North Care said she had the report in her hands from OKDHS that stated that "the grandmother KNOWS how the children's bones were broken." The caseworker even demanded that the grandmother tell her everything she knew about how the bones were broken. This grandmother was in tears when she learned that the children's bones had been broken! According to the homestudy caseworker from North Care, the bones were broken sometime between January 2002 and March 2002. Cheryl and other readers, nobody in this family has been allowed to visit with these children since October 7-8, 2001, one week after they were taken into custody following their sexual assault by older students on the school bus and this reporter's plea for safety of all little children on school property. Indeed! Cheryl, who DID break their bones and are the children even alive? Their adoption to a non-family home has been finalized as of March 2004 by the juvenile judge who was ORDERED by her superiors to be removed from the case because she discussed the case with witnesses and jurors before the case had been heard. Now, Cheryl, the Adoptive home will receive the bonuses and awards provided through the ASFA because the children have been so badly mangled, abused and neglected by this governmental agency who responsibility it is to "Protect Children" (CPS). That's the organization that you work for, Cheryl! Aren't you PROUD! Cheryl, this reporter has official copies of the grievances that were filed against OKDHS. Two grievances were deemed "MOOT" since (1) the employee who abused and neglected the children had resigned and (2) since the abuse occurred more that thirty days before the grievance was submitted. The OKDHS Client Advocacy Office says that three of the grievances have NEVER been received by that office. They were mailed to the OKDHS Client Advocacy Office using Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested. If those three grievances were never received in the Client Advocacy Office, then why was the OKDHS Adoptions website closed down within two weeks after the grievance was mailed? Don't worry, Cheryl, because an official copy of ALL of the grievances are in the Oklahoma County Juvenile Court records NOW. They're attached to a Motion that was filed in 2003. One of the grievances was reportedly "investigated" but nobody will tell who "investigated" the grievance nor it's outcome. It was evidently investigated from within the halls of OKDHS. OSBI should have investigated the grievance so TRUTHS would be reported. Anybody knows that an organization would NEVER 'tattle' on their own fellow workers! OKDHS/CPS will defend their actions regardless of the report! It's just like parents who defend their children. "My child (OKDHS/CPS) would NEVER do such a thing as that!" Sorry, friends who are reading this ripoff report, the things I post are TRUE! As can be easily verified, DHS employees are not fully informed and are told not to believe what they read. Well, this reporter read the DHS report stating that "once the medication was given to the child, he was OK?" My question is "what happened to the medication that was delivered TO workers at the Pauline E. Mayer Shelter?" Why was the boy reported, by the caseworker, to be in such horrible abdominal pain? The parents told the Intake Worker about the reactions to the medication. The Intake Worker didn't believe the parent! That worker resigned! Of course the child was later taken off of the medication, per testimony in court, and given natural herbs instead. This reporter is not surprised that the child was taken off the medication. There is currently a Class Act Lawsuit against teachers and everyone who PROMOTED the use of Ritalin. It's about time that teachers who 'diagnosed' children with ADHD and even used daily force on family physicians to have them increase the dosage again and again. Cheryl, why does the KIDS report contain names, addresses and phone numbers of fictitious people who reportedly called the caseworker saying they were very good friends of the parents? Why don't family members KNOW these people? Cheryl, where is a copy of the e-mail stating the judge's orders were not being complied with? The OKDHS Client Advocacy Office says that three of the grievances have NEVER been received by that office. They were mailed to the OKDHS Client Advocacy Office using Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested. If those three grievances were never received in the Client Advocacy Office, then why was the OKDHS Adoptions website closed down within two weeks after the grievance was mailed? Don't worry, Cheryl, because an official copy of ALL of the grievances are in the Oklahoma County Juvenile Court records NOW. They're attached to a Motion that was filed in 2003. One of the grievances was reportedly "investigated" but nobody will tell who "investigated" the grievance nor it's outcome. It was evidently investigated from within the halls of OKDHS. OSBI should have investigated the grievance so TRUTHS would be reported. Anybody knows that an organization would NEVER 'tattle' on their own fellow workers! OKDHS/CPS will defend their actions regardless of the report! It's just like parents who defend their children. "My child (OKDHS/CPS) would NEVER do such a thing as that!" Sorry, friends who are reading this ripoff report, the things I post are TRUE! As can be easily verified, DHS employees are not fully informed and are told not to believe what they read. Well, this reporter read the DHS report stating that "once the medication was given to the child, he was OK?" My question is "what happened to the medication that was delivered TO workers at the Pauline E. Mayer Shelter?" Why was the boy reported, by the caseworker, to be in such horrible abdominal pain? The parents told the Intake Worker about the reactions to the medication. The Intake Worker didn't believe the parent! That worker resigned! Of course the child was later taken off of the medication, per testimony in court, and given natural herbs instead. This reporter is not surprised that the child was taken off the medication. There is currently a Class Act Lawsuit against teachers and everyone who PROMOTED the use of Ritalin. It's about time that teachers who 'diagnosed' children with ADHD and even used daily force on family physicians to have them increase the dosage again and again. Cheryl, why does the KIDS report contain names, addresses and phone numbers of fictitious people who reportedly called the caseworker saying they were very good friends of the parents? Why don't family members KNOW these people? Cheryl, where is a copy of the e-mail stating the judge's orders were not being complied with? Cheryl, where is proof that this reporter visited the grandchild in his school. There is NO proof unless signatures on the 'visitor' roster have been forged! Cheryl, where is a copy of the letter that the caseworker said she mailed to the parents? Cheryl, you're stating that you cannot believe even DHS's reports? Well, this reporter believes it when it's in writing using the caseworker's signature. Cheryl, you need to check things out a little better! See if you can find an OFFICIAL COPY of the Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997. Then, once you're able to find a copy and read it, maybe you can believe what is in THAT copy of the document. A Class Act Lawsuit needs to be filed against DHS across the nation for the abuses they admittedly inflict (force) upon little children they take into custody. OKDHS and DHS across the nation knows that "EVERY child is diagnosed as emotionally disabled" ... just one reasong to file a Class Act Lawsuit. DHS needs to be REFORMED or CLOSED! Employees need to be taught HOW to stop emotionally disabling little children in support of the provisions contained in the ASFA and SHOULD BE PERMITTED to use that knowledge to SAVE the children. Children should not be forced to suffer at the hands of this 'sick' organization!

paul, you have valid complaints about the treatment of your daughter, however, you are complaining about the wrong agency. cps does not have control over whether your childs mother moved to another state and will not allow visitation. that is a friend of court matter. i believe your report indicated that there was no proof of sexual abuse. if that is the case, cps closed the investigation and what the mother did was her own choice. why dont you contact the friend of court who is so adamant about child support and ask them when they are going to enforce the visitation order? you also need to file a motion for change of custody. oh, by the way, "L" from Oklahoma needs to find something else to do other than write the same drivel about cps and how they are making "millions of dollars in bonuses by emotionally abusing children". that is just plain bullshit! there are bad cps workers just like there are bad cops, bad cooks, bad doctors etc. but this crap about cps workers deliberately "stealing" children to emotionally abuse them and get financial bonuses is just plain false. i have been a cps worker for 13 years and have never gotten a bonus for ANYTHING and have never heard of such nonsense until i read the rip off report. please dont believe everything you read.
