I paid for Cal Flame brand BBQ grill, side burner, sink, and refrigerator. Total: $3,479.20 way back on May 15, 2010. The contract states 30 day delivery while the web site says 4-6 weeks.
Nothing but inaccurate (0r flat out lies) from the Customer Service Manager - Lisa regarding the many, many times the shipment was delayed. Finally, Requested the order be canceled and a refund sent on 8/2/2010. Lisa tell me the owner - Steve Barbarich told her that "our company doesn't do refunds we ship product".
At this point its pretty evident that the company is just a bunch of frauds. I have yet to get any response from them regarding my refund. I fear the only way this will get handled is through small claims court.
