First of all I believe this is a false report or some sort of spoof post from bots/spiders/spammers on the net since this post includes my middle name (which I don't use). Second of all I have never heard of, or done business with this person, or a Rosie, or Rosie Rose, etc. Third of all, in all of my contracts it clearly states that the negatives CAN be purchased/digital files can be purchased on CD/DVD with a print permission release letter to the clients. I don't do bids. That is not the way I run my business, and I am always willing to address any issues or problems a client may have. There is no reason to hide on the internet and file false reports. What I charge for events starts with a base price for coverage time, processing, retouching, hosting, wear on equipment, use of vehicle, computers, software, etc. - everything that goes into running a business. Anything added to that base price the client is aware of because they are the ones doing it. We let you build your package, so if the price goes up, you know exactly why (bridals, albums, prints/reprints, frames, etc.) There are NO SURPRISES here! I do everything by contract and both I and the clients review and sign the contract before the wedding, therefore, no surprises. And to clarify I am NOT by any means the most expensive in town. If "Rosie Rose" is even real look around, nothing is free. Furthermore, prices are known up front and are listed in our brochure, and are addressed again in consultations. As a side note: if "Rosie Rose" had such a problem why didn't you contact me, or the BBB, or any of the professional organizations I'm apart of and work it out through there?
