I am printing out this report and giving it to the owner of this UPS store. He is a great guy. They do rent out boxes for people who need a street mailing address and he would have no real control of what his customers might be doing until it's brought to his attention. By the way, due to a dog issue, we had to have our mail delivered there, so don't automatically think it's shady people who rent those kind of boxes.
Anyway, if this is a scam, he would like to know about it and disassociate from it if he can prove it. Your complaint is a good start.
