Won on ebay with my bid for two ATVs from CLB Investments LLC on April 24, 2006. Address is 7770 Jacksboro Hwy, Forth Worth, Texas, 76135. Payment was made May 1, 2006 with advertised shipping of 2 to 3 weeks.

Multiple calls to Bob Hearn, owner of CLB Investments LLC, at 817-238-6693 or cell phone of 682-*** with repeated promises of delivery. Mr. Hearn claimed the shipment of the ATVs had arrived on the west coast on 5-25-06 and should be delivered in 3 to 5 days.

Another round of calls continues with empty promises and false claims of trucking company that have the ATVs to deliver. As of 7-4-06, delivery has not occurred. Mr. Hearn no longer answers the phone numbers above and never returns calls.

LIES ABOUT REFUNDS

Sat, July 22, 2006

SPV Motors USA posted on their website that refunds would be issued the week on July 10, 2006. I received emails that a refund was forthcoming. Robert Hearn told me on the phone that the checks were sent July 12, 2006. Another call to Robert Hearn on July 19, 2006 inquiring about where my check was sent and he would get back to me the next day. NO CALL and again he does not answer the phone but has others like Mike Santiago, CFO of CLB Investments, reiterate that checks were sent and then they hang up. The best part is that they have thanked me on their website! A thank you for sending them money and delivering no product!

Refunds promised...time will tell!

As of 7/11/06 CLB Investments announced refunds would be issued to all who made purchases. TIME WILL TELL! It is now stated that the vehicles have yet to leave the port in China. This contrast with discussions with Mr. Hearn who indicated the vehicles were received at the West Coast and ready for shipping over four weeks ago.
