All of our technicians undergo extensive training in customer service and the policies and procedures of our company. When a technician enters a customer's house they arrive prepared to give a free estimate and demonstration in order to give the customer the largest range of choices and to insure their satisfaction. Upon investigation into this incident we found no evidence supporting the customer's claim that the technician got belligerent or scary the customer into accepting the estimate and completing the job at that time. Our managers work on the field as well checking the technician's work and insuring satisfaction. We are sincerely sorry if the customer did feel threatened however; in our research we found no information indicating that the technician was disrespectful, aggressive or disregarding. We care about our customers and willing to give a FULL REFUND to the customer if it's going to make him a 100% satisfied!!
