Clear Choice is the liar they are. I recieved a call on May 26th in the Eve. My mind was else where and the woman I spoke to could barely speak English. She claimed I would recieve a credit card with no monthly or yearly fee, all I had to do was pay a one time fee of $239.95. And that they would credit my bank act for $500.00 within 72 hours.

Yeah right that never happened. She said I would not recieve the card in my package but that I would be able to pick the bank I wanted to get a card with. ( I have yet to recieve this package.) I called the next day when my mind came back to me and tried to cancel the transaction. They claimed I was not in the system yet.(I've worked customer service and that is a bunch of crap unless you are a dead beat company)

The 30th was the day the money was to be taken out of my act. It was not done so I figured I was o.k for now at least. So I did get down to the bank on June 6th to close out my act. and was waiting for a legit trans to go through till I could close it.

I got a call today June 7th from my Bank rep who told me that they charged my act. Luckily I had already talked to my bank rep about my fears and also contacted the Banks 800# to make them aware. So now I called the Reps back and am now working with the Fraud Dept. of the bank.

called the company and tolded them I wanted to get a refund and to reverse charges and she told me that the puter shows the transaction was done on the 30th. I told her no it went trough last night, she told me they can't do anything till the bank records come in(7-10 bussiness days.) Come on now, thats a bunch of bull (once again proves they are a fraud company)

OH And they used a different check number then the one i gave them. So even if I had done a stop payment they still would have got me. Beware STOPPING PAYMENT MAY NOT WORK. Close your act. It's a hassle but it's the only way to make sure they don't get the money.

If you loose your mind and agree over the phone like I did, close your act the next day, Let your bank know why your closing it. That way if the charge goes through atleast you have informed the bank of your concerns. Best of luck to all.

Never got refund by company but Bank did help me

Well never got help from the company. I talked to fraud department of my Bank and they took care of it for me and got me a refund. I closed my act. right away. I just got the packet today, and boy did they lie. Not only did it not come in the 10 days they promised but the info clearly states "Remember that mentioning Clear Choice will NOT enhance your abililty to recieve a credit card." All they send is a list of banks and the kind of cards you can get through those banks. All the same info you can get from the internet. Good luck to all of you who got scammed as I did and talk to your bank as soon as possible and close the act.

Well another day of trying to get things resolved. The 7 days has past so they should have thier bank records now to credit my act. But of course when I called today 6/13 the dang data base is down. Oh but of course. Please close your act if you gave them your info.
