My name is Jeff Stamplfi and I am the President of Clear Image Financial Group. Our company conducts business in a highly professional way and we are very protective of all of our customers. For this reason, this complaint comes as a complete shock to us. As soon we learned that this complaint was posted on the ripOffReport.com website, we immediately conducted an extensive internal investigation and determined the following: 1. We record all calls by Clear Image Financial Group account representatives; 2. We have no record whatsoever of any customer by the name of Lawrence either in Boise, Idaho or in St. Petersburg Florida. 3. We have no record of any calls involving the telephone number mentioned in the posted complaint; 4. We conducted a reverse lookup of the telephone number mentioned in this posted complaint which proved it is not even a working telephone number; 5. Tom Tagliamente was fired by Clear Image Financial Group for unrelated reasons but he denied asking any customer for money as described in this posting on RipOffReport.com; For all of these reasons, we believe that this complaint was posted by a disgruntled former employee of Clear Image Financial Group and not by any legitimate customer of Clear Image Financial Group. Nevertheless, if this complaint was posted by a legitimate customer of Clear Image Financial Group, then I encourage that person to immediately contact me so that we can fully address this matter to your full satisfaction. It has always been and remains our primary commitment to help every customer of Clear Image Financial Group. If any current or former agent of Clear Image Financial Group has ever acted improperly or in an unauthorized fashion, then we will respond aggressively to ensure that our customer is not harmed financially or in any other way as a result.
